Learning Objective 1. EAST-AFNET4 연구에서 early rhythm control이 뇌졸중, 사망률을 감소시키는 것으로 나타남에 따라 무증상인 심방세동 환자에서도 rhythm control이 도움이 될지 논의해 본다.
2. 항부정맥제 사용없이 도자절제술을 시행하였을 때 좋은 결과를 보인 연구들이 발표되고 있어 first-line treatment로 시술적 치료의 역할에 대해서 논의해 본다.
